Returns & Cancellations

Returns: All products can be returned within two weeks of the date that they are received by the customer. This means that the package for return must be postmarked within 14 days of arrival date to the customer. Please keep your box/boxes. YOU MUST CONTACT 1-800-762-1017 IN ADVANCE FOR AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs for both directions of shipment, as well as a 25% restocking fee. Please choose wisely - these costs can add up on a return.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled by the end of the same business day that they were placed, and no charges will apply. For orders cancelled after the business day they were placed, these will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which covers the cost of transactions as well as charge fees where applicable. Additionally, not all orders will be cancelled after the date of placement. This includes in stock items which have already shipped and when the item is already in production. Already shipped items must fall under the Return Policy regarding returnability period and associated shipping and return costs.
